A UNIQUE OCCASION RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS OF USE. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY A UNIQUE OCCASION, OR AFFILIATED SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD
PARTY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, RESULTING FROM YOUR BREACH OF ANY
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT A UNIQUE OCCASION, OR ITS AFFILIATES, IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL
CONDUCT OF ANY USER.

Reservations: We recommend to our clients to reserve ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed your vehicle at time of pick up.  A UNIQUE
OCCASION will honor any reservation made online no less than 48 hours before the pick-up time. We do best to provide you with a vehicle for reservations
made at a short notice; however we can not guarantee you availability when you call with a short time notice.

No Shows: In the event your driver is not at the pick up location, do not leave before calling the office. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full
price of the ride. If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular pickups and up to 30 minutes (for domestic flights) or 45 minutes
(for international flights) designated ground transportation area, after the scheduled pickup time, the driver will then try to reach you by calling you at your cell
phone, your home phone, or your contact person's phone, all depending on the nature of the pickup. If we do not get a response we will then release the vehicle
and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the Full Price of the ride. If you authorize the waiting time the driver will wait up to 2 hours. If we do not hear
from you after that time frame, we will contact you again if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting time. Therefore A “No Show” fee is
equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee that will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your
Driver, Please call the office and we will locate him for you, to avoid a “No Show” fee.

Cancellations: A UNIQUE OCCASION gives you up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time you must call our office to cancel your reservation without
any charges. You will lose your deposit if you cancel between 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time.  If you cancel less than 12 hours before your
schedule pick-up time you will be charged for the full price of the run. We ask you inform us of any changes in your schedule in advance so we can avoid
unnecessary aggravations. This rule Does Not apply to Proms And Weddings accommodations in such cases you will lose your initial deposit if you cancel at
any time. In these situations, your reservation prevents us from accommodating other individuals that are in need for the same service you requested.

*Please note that changing the pickup time is not considered as a cancellation. Please be aware that you can change your pickup time 3hours before
scheduled, without being charged any fees.

Damages Resulting From Your Act: A UNIQUE OCCASION will charge you (as a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you
or your authorized party Getting Sick in the vehicle. You also agree and acknowledge paying all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its
normal working condition. You also agree to pay for all and any damages in excess of usual use and wear TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY
WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT
LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A UNIQUE OCCASION WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR
CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the
equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any body damages to the outside of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations.
Decisions as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle interior and its environs rest with A Unique Occasion.

Credit Card Transactions: We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit
card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just in case if you decided to make some additional
stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination. We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride after swiping the card in the vehicle and
giving you a total of your charges. We request your credit card information when you choose to pay cash as payment option. So we can charge your card if you
did not show up or canceled after the mentioned cancellation grace period. Passengers will receive a receipt of payment for the total amount charged before
leaving the car.

Disputes: All charges applied to the customer's credit card will be considered correct unless we receive a written objection within 10 days from the charge
date in writing. Copies of the credit card statement or credit card slips or vouchers should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should
be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

Collection Fees: You  agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions
taken prior to, during and subsequent  to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect  payments due in case of non-payment.

Rates Changes: A UNIQUE OCCASION can change the rate book and any of the services, charges, costs, fees and expenses at any time without prior
notice.  However once reservations are made you will not be subjected to any rate changes.

Airport Prices: Those are flat rates for trips to and from major and private airports in the North & Central Florida area. A UNIQUE OCCASION charges extra
costs for picking up additional passengers. A UNIQUE OCCASION monitors all domestic and international flights, billing starts after grace period allowed
from the official time of arrival (ETA).

Hourly Rates: Vehicles rates are hourly regardless of the traveling distance, certain hourly minimums apply.

Tolls: All round trip tolls are billed to the customer depending on the route chosen. A UNIQUE OCCASION will charge for all round trip tolls to and from the
designated destination. Customer is responsible for all toll charges, we will charge your credit card for any toll charges incurred by our driver or at your
request toll charges can be added to your total bill.

Parking: All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are additional.

Gratuity: A UNIQUE OCCASION does not apply any mandatory gratuity or any hidden fees to its clients however a tip can be given separately to the driver
upon the customer's discretion and content. Tips can be given to the driver in cash or added to the invoice upon the customer's discretion and satisfaction.  
The limousine industry standard gratuity is a minimum of 20% of your total charges.

Fees: A UNIQUE OCCASION will charge a 7% fuel surcharge plus the standard 20% non-negotiable service fee on the total bill, this fee includes credit card
deductions and other miscellaneous fees.  

Baby Seats: Parents must provide their own baby seats according to state law.

Smoking: All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING.  

Methods of Payment: A UNIQUE OCCASION accepts cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, all major credit cards. Personal checks will only be
accepted 7 days prior to your trip.

Rate Estimate: The rate presented to you prior to your trip is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved, wait time, additional services or vehicle
availability may change your estimate.  

Deposits: Certain events, such as proms and weddings, will require a 35% deposit, 7 days prior to trip, to guarantee your vehicle selection.

Personal Items: A UNIQUE OCCASION is not responsible for items left in the vehicles at any times.  

Nonrefundable Policy: The driver has the right with office permission to conclude the trip at anytime if our customers smoke in the vehicle, uses illegal drugs,
become belligerent or if the driver feels threatened in any way. If anytime during the trip that the ride is terminated, no refund will be received.  If any
breakdown occurs in the course of the job, the client is subject to pay for the time used only.

Lost Time: Road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of A UNIQUE OCCASION, our affiliated service providers, and its drivers, no refunds
shall be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the control of A UNIQUE OCCASION and its drivers.

Baggage: A UNIQUE OCCASION, its affiliated service providers, and its drivers are not responsible whatsoever for the handling or maintenance of any
baggage, parcels or other property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at passengers' own risk.  At customer’s request, drivers are
allowed to assist with baggage but will not be held liable for any damages incurred.

Prohibition of Weapons & Fireworks: For the safety of our drivers, you our customers, and your guests, weapons of any type, including firearms, fireworks and
other flammable are strictly forbidden on any vehicle at any time.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PASSENGERS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE
